Change Analyst – People & Adoption (Hybrid)

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking a Change Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the adoption of digital, operational, asset and cultural changes across the organisation.

The role combines home and office working within a hybrid model and sits in a strategic change team driving our sustainable future. You will help create and execute change management plans, focusing on the people side of change to maximise adoption, usage and minimise resistance.
