We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Case Handler to join our Operations team and play a key role in managing medical legal claims and delivering outstanding service to our clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Case Handler, you will be responsible for progressing medical legal claims from instruction through to report delivery, ensuring cases are handled efficiently and in line with service level agreements.

• Managing and progressing medical legal cases to agreed deadlines.
• Liaising with injured parties, solicitors, medical experts and clients.
• Booking medical appointments, ensuring convenience and accessibility for customers.
• Providing customers with clear information regarding appointment availability, waiting times and report turnaround times.
• Ensuring medical experts receive all relevant documentation to produce court-ready reports.
• Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
• Monitoring case progress and ensuring key deadlines are met.
• Working towards individual and team performance targets.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
• Escalating complex cases or issues where appropriate.

• Confidence working with systems and databases.
• A proactive and solution-focused approach.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience within a case handling, administration, claims, legal support, healthcare administration or customer service environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
