Administrative Assistant

Role profile

We have a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistantto support our Real Estate department based in our central Bristol office. Thisis a full time position, 35 hours per week, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

The Team

This office based position sits within our Real Estate support team and is made up ofPAs and Legal Secretaries and reports into the Real Estate SeniorPA.

What you'll do

The main purpose of this role is to provide high leveladministrative support to the PA and legal teams and other areas of thebusiness when requested including but not limited to:

• Managing deeds including checking deeds, typing schedules,assisting with deed audits, requesting, returning and posting deeds out.Liaising with key clients to keep deedrecords up to date;
• Scanning, photocopying, printing and binding;
• Preparation of letters and special delivery and courierforms;
• Saving and distributing scanned post;
• Assisting with all aspects of billing;
• Running WIP Manager reports;
• Updating and maintaining data rooms both internal and clientbased;
• Using the Land Registry website and Searchflow to ordersearches and copy documents;
• Dealing with telephone enquiries;
• Assist PA team with monthly billing;
• File closures.

Due to the nature of the work, this position is officebased.

We are looking for someone with:

• Previous administrative office based experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• A positive attitude with a collaborative and proactiveapproach
