Location: Croxley Green, Rickmansworth

Contract type: Term time plus 5 INSET/Additional Days, Permanent

Hours: 31 hours per week: Monday - Friday

Salary: H3 pt 5 to H3 pt 6 £26,427 to £26,847 plus £1,079 Fringe

Pro-rata - Actual Salary: £19,801 to £20,103 pa incl. Fringe

Start Date: ASAP

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the educational experience of our students. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in helping students achieve their full potential, particularly those with additional needs. Working closely with teaching staff, you will support students both in and out of the classroom, ensuring they are fully engaged in their learning and able to access the curriculum effectively.

You will be an integral part of our school community, providing tailored support to individual students or small groups and helping to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment. Your work will contribute to building students’ confidence, independence and academic progress.
