The role covers basic maintenance, repairs and refurbishment, with duties also including servicing, procurement, health and safety, contract management and being a master key holder.
The post is full-time and permanent, working 37 hours per week on shifts from Monday to Friday, with some early/late shifts and the potential for year-round coverage.
