Occuity is a Reading-based medical technology company developing handheld, non-contact optical devices for eye care and health monitoring. We're looking for a reliable, organised Office Administrator to keep our office running smoothly and support a busy technical team.

About the role

This is a part-time role of 20 hours per week, and we can be flexible on which days you work.

What you'll do

• General administration
• Organise and maintain filing systems
• Order office supplies and equipment
• Keep the office tidy and functional
• Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Make sure health and safety procedures are followed and first aid kits are stocked
• Support management with ad hoc projects and printing

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years' experience in an office environment (essential)
• Reliable, organised and proactive
• Experience working alongside a technical or engineering team (desirable)
