Responsibilities

• Deliver sales, pricing and growth ahead of the market while helping to manage the category P&L.
• Negotiate and deliver business plans as well as understand customers and implement strategies that meets their needs.
• Understand, track & negotiate around key commodities and deliver cost to serve programmes with suppliers to ensure great value for our customers.

Qualifications

• Buying experience within an own-product area is essential.
• Experience within the accessories product category is preferred but not essential.

Working Arrangement

To ensure we balance moments where we know we need to collaborate together and the need for flexibility, Asda has a hybrid way of working with a minimum 3 days a week in one of our Home Offices. Over and above this, each area of Asda may have additional requirements which may require spending more days in the office, visiting suppliers, stores or depots.
