Retail Customer Advocate - Betting Shop Expert

William Hill PLC is recruiting a Customer Service Representative in Cumnock, Scotland. The role focuses on welcoming customers, processing bets, and assisting with queries at our retail shop.

You will demonstrate betting terminals, build relationships, and champion safer gambling while supporting shop opening/closing tasks. Shifts run between 8am–10pm, Monday to Sunday on a rota basis, with some evenings and weekends.
