Operations Specialist Up to £32,500 London, UK Permanent - Hybrid Working

We are looking for a customer-focused Operations Specialist to join a growing business in a varied role covering customer service and operational support.

What you'll do:

• Manage customer queries across phone, email and chat.
• Support onboarding and daily operations.
• Resolve issues and maintain accurate records.
• Carry out routine checks and administrative processes.
• Work with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience.

Who you're:

• Previous customer service or operations experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Empathetic, proactive and solutions focused.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident using systems and learning new technology.
• Experience within a regulated environment is advantageous.
