Thirteen Group is seeking a Strategic Asset Support to join the Asset Optimisation team. The role involves coordinating activities, managing information and supporting decisions that influence the future of our housing portfolio, with hybrid work from home and at least one day a week in the Middlesbrough office.
You’ll provide essential administrative and project support, raise purchase orders, arrange EPC requests, and keep trackers up to date while working across teams to keep projects moving
