ABOUTTHE ROLEPOTENTIALCAREER PATHOUR

OUR COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT IS RESPONSIBLEFOR ESTIMATING & MANAGING OUR DEVELOPMENTCOSTS AND QUANTITIES, PROCURING MATERIALS &APPOINTING SUBCONTRACTORS.

Are you good with numbers? Can you find the perfectbalance between quality and cost? As a member ofthe commercial team, you would be involved with the procurement of all trade subcontractors and materialsrequired for a project, ensuring that spending remainsunder control throughout the build and ultimately,that each development is a commercial success.

Requirements

The RISEProgramme isavailable to anyone with; 4 GCSEs (C or above, or Grade 4-9) including Englishand Maths. As well as 2 A Levels or equivalent level qualification.

Initiallya L4 Higher Apprenticeship with room to progress onto a Degree Apprenticeship
