Your expertise will directly contribute to the delivery of world‐class sports cars and supercars.What You'll Do* Inspect manufacturing areas to ensure outputs meet planned requirements, documenting any deviations within the Quality Management System.* Collaborate with production and support teams to resolve quality issues efficiently.* Use precision measuring tools and testing equipment to verify dimensions, tolerances, and performance.* Support daily Quality meetings and contribute to problem‐solving discussions.* Maintain accurate data within Excel and Quality Management Systems.* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and improve efficiency.* Provide feedback and recommendations to improve inspection processes.What You'll BringProvide an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that are focused on supporting the quality driven processes at McLaren to deliver true excellence in building our portfolio of high performance sportscars and supercars.What We'll Do for YouWe offer a wide – ranging benefits package, which includes:* Structured career development framework* 25 days’ holiday, plus bank holiday.
