Tech-Savvy Retail Advisor — Part Time

Virgin Media O₂ in Newtownabbey is seeking a part-time Retail Advisor who will assist customers with a range of products from mobile, broadband and TV services. The role focuses on building trust, solving problems and delivering memorable experiences, with initial induction sessions of 2x2 days (30 hours).

You will contribute to team targets and customer satisfaction, working across store hours which may include evenings and weekends.
