Hours:Full-Time, Term Time Only, 8:40AM - 3:15PM

About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers and support staff to help pupils both in and out of the classroom. Every day is different, and you\'ll play a key role in helping children develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils during classroom lessons and learning activities.
• Encourage positive behaviour and build students\' confidence.
• Assist children with their communication, social, and emotional development.
• Work one-to-one and with small groups to provide additional support where needed.
• Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
• Work closely with teachers and other professionals to meet pupils\' individual needs.
