Independence & Wellbeing Support Officer

TAFF Housing Association is seeking a caring Support Officer for Ty Seren in Cardiff to help young people build resilience and move toward independent accommodation.

You will provide tailored support, safeguard residents, promote wellbeing in a psychological environment, and run workshops to build independence and confidence.
