Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (30-minute unpaid break)

Meridian Business Support are delighted to be partnering with our client to recruit a Client Care Specialist for their busy and growing team based in Brackmills .

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional service, and ensuring clients receive a positive experience from start to finish. The role offers a pathway to permanent employment for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Manage customer records and update internal systems accurately.
• Resolve customer issues and queries in a timely manner.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Process customer requests and support administrative activities as required.
• Ensure a high standard of client care is maintained at all times.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a customer service, client care, or administrative role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• A positive, proactive, and professional approach.
