The Role

What you'll do.

We’re looking for an experienced seamstress to join theBridesmaid by JB production team at an exciting stage ofour growth.

You’ll work alongside our existing production team creatingour gowns in-house, with a strong focus on quality,consistency and beautiful workmanship.

Your day could include

• Constructing Bridesmaid by JB gowns from cut garment pieces.
• Working confidently with stretch and occasionwear fabrics.
• Using industrial sewing machinery.
• Following Bridesmaid by JB construction methods and patterns.
• Working to individual customer measurements.
• Checking your own work throughout the making process.
• Working closely with cutting, quality control and production.
• Helping us maintain consistently high finishing standards.

We'd love to meet someone who

• Has professional garment sewing experience.
• Is confident using industrial sewing machinery.
• Has excellent attention to detail.
• Takes real pride in the quality of their work.
• Can work independently and as part of a production team.
• Is reliable, organised and comfortable working to deadlines.
• Would enjoy becoming part of a growing independent fashionbusiness.

Experience

Professional sewing or garment manufacturing experience ispreferred.

Experience within bridal, occasionwear, stretch fabrics,womenswear or made-to-measure production would be particularlyvaluable.

Hours: Monday - Friday, flexible start and finish times
