Senior Carer

Lead from the front. As a Senior Carer, you’ll deliver high-quality care while mentoring newer team members and supporting complex care packages. It’s a role for someone who takes pride in doing things well and wants to help raise the standard of care across the team.

What you’ll do

• Deliver and oversee personal care to a high standard
• Mentor and support new and junior carers
• Help manage and review complex care packages
• Work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and management
