Turning Point UK is seeking a Night Team Leader to guide the overnight Recovery Workers in a new residential mental health service. You will ensure a safe, therapeutic environment and lead on risk management, safeguarding and high-quality support throughout the night.
You will work with multidisciplinary colleagues to maintain continuity of care, drive recovery-focused outcomes and support move-on planning as part of a progressive service.
