Community Living Assistant — Full-Time Care at Home + Benefits

Capability Scotland is hiring Community Living Assistants to support adults with disabilities in Wishaw and surrounding areas. We offer up to 37 hours per week across full-time, part-time, relief, weekend and sleepover shifts, with overtime at enhanced rates.

Benefits include a funded SVQ, set 4-week rotas, generous holiday entitlement, PVG checks, and a pension with employer contributions. Applicants must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle for logistics.
