Maximus is recruiting Health Systems Navigator roles across West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Nottingham, starting at the beginning of October 2026. You need to be based locally to any of the areas to be considered for the role.
The Navigator is a non-clinical position that supports participants to overcome health-system, accessibility and environmental barriers, builds relationships with local services and tracks referral outcomes to inform continuous improvement efforts.
