PSS Worker

Work with York are recruiting PSS Workers for our local authority client, supporting individuals across York and the surrounding areas. We have full-time PSS support worker opportunities available across day and night shifts, offering competitive rates of pay and flexible working.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred support.
• Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing.
• Support individuals with their daily needs.
• Follow care plans, policies and safeguarding procedures.
• Work effectively as part of a professional care team.

You Will Need

• At least 6 months previous experience in a PSS, support worker, care or healthcare role within UK settings.
• A caring, reliable and professional approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work day and night shifts.
• Right to work in the UK.
