Food Production Operatives Required - Moulton Park

Quest Employment are currently recruiting for Food Production Operatives to join a busy sandwich manufacturing facility based in Moulton Park, Northampton (NN3) .

We are looking for reliable candidates who are comfortable working directly on production lines in a chilled food manufacturing environment .

There are two shifts available, with different rates of pay depending on the shift worked.

The Role

As a Food Production Operative, your duties may include:

• Working on a busy production line
• Preparing and assembling sandwiches and food products
• Following production and quality standards
• Checking products and ensuring they meet customer requirements
• Packing and labelling finished products
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic working area
• Following food hygiene, health and safety procedures at all times

Working Environment

Please note: This is a chilled food production environment , and candidates must be comfortable working in cooler temperatures for the duration of their shift.

You will also be required to work directly on the production lines , so the role involves standing for extended periods and carrying out repetitive tasks.

• Night Shift: £14.95 per hour | 22:00-06:30
