You will provide practical and emotional support, perform risk and needs assessments, and help develop safety plans.
The role involves welfare checks, key-working, and coordinating with partner agencies to improve outcomes. A rota includes 8:00 AM–8:00 PM shifts and on-site work in East Sussex.
