As a Lifeguard Team Leader at our gym, you’ll hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) orequivalentand you’re able to provide ongoing training records. Experience of managing/leading teams is desirable. You have bags of enthusiasm, a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Like us, you’re passionate about great customer care – and you’re a real team player.

As a Lifeguard Team Leader, you will:

• Manage the smooth operations of the swimming pool and lifeguards.
• Be attentive and alert at all times
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away.
• Ensure PoolSafetyGuidelines arefollowed at all times.
• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using ourwet sidefacilities – the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
