We’re looking for a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team at one of our flagship London locations.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a premium pastry offer across fine dining desserts, canapés, retail cakes and seasonal menu development.

Job Description

What you’ll be doing

Creating high-quality cakes, pastries, breads and desserts
Delivering pastry across fine dining, hospitality and retail offers
Decorating and presenting products to a high standard
Supporting seasonal menu development and innovation
Managing stock levels and pastry equipment
Following food safety, allergen and health and safety standards
Working closely with the wider kitchen team
Helping inspire excellent standards and creativity

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

Strong pastry experience in a quality-led environment
Creativity, flair and attention to detail
Good organisation and time management
Passion for presentation and innovation
A collaborative and positive approach
Confidence working to high standards consistently
