£17.34 per hour | 4 on, 4 off | Start times 16:00-18:00

AMCO is looking for experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers to join our Redditch operation on a regular trunking contract.

The Job

You'll be working a regular trunking operation between Redditch and Narbeth , transporting palletised bottled water.

The role offers a straightforward and consistent working pattern, with 4 days on followed by 4 days off .

Start times are between 16:00 and 18:00.

What you'll be doing

• Driving Class 1 HGV vehicles safely and professionally.
• Completing regular trunking runs between Redditch and Narbeth.
• Delivering palletised bottled water.
• Loading and transporting goods safely and efficiently.
• Securing loads correctly using straps before departure.
• Completing daily vehicle safety checks.
• Ensuring all delivery paperwork is completed accurately.
• Following company and customer health and safety procedures.
• Maintaining a professional approach at all times.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for reliable, professional drivers who take pride in their work.

You will need:

• A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence .
• Previous Class 1 HGV driving experience.
• Good experience and confidence in securing loads with straps.
• A good understanding of load security.
• Excellent timekeeping and reliability.
• The ability to work independently.
• A professional attitude and good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work the 4-on, 4-off shift pattern .
