Role Overview
Brace Creative Agency is seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to join its growing digital marketing team in Gloucestershire. This role will focus on developing and delivering SEO strategies that drive measurable business outcomes, helping clients increase visibility, traffic, and revenue.
Working closely with designers, developers, marketers, and strategists, you will manage SEO campaigns across a diverse client portfolio, using technical expertise, data analysis, and strategic thinking to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies that drive organic growth and business results
- Conduct technical SEO audits and identify opportunities for improvement
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to inform campaign planning
- Monitor website performance and search rankings to optimise results
- Use data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth
Client Management & Communication
- Present SEO recommendations, strategies, and performance updates to clients
- Translate technical SEO concepts into clear, actionable insights
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and support
- Demonstrate the value and impact of SEO activity through reporting and analysis
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with designers, developers, and marketing specialists to implement SEO recommendations
- Support integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Collaborate on website optimisation projects to improve user experience and search performance
- Contribute ideas and insights that enhance overall campaign effectiveness
- Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry developments
- Test new SEO techniques, tools, and approaches to improve client performance
- Identify opportunities to expand into related disciplines such as content marketing, PPC, CRO, or email marketing
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and agency best practices
The Successful Applicant
- Several years of SEO experience, ideally within an agency environment
- Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
- Experience conducting SEO audits, keyword research, and performance analysis
- Ability to develop strategic recommendations based on data and insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client projects
- Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry developments
- Agency-side SEO experience
- PPC or Google Ads knowledge
- Content writing and content marketing experience
- Understanding of UX and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Strong analytical mindset with an interest in performance marketing
