Proper Recruitment are working with a strong independent estate agent in South Kensington who are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to lead their high-performing team and drive continued success in a prime market.
Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
Generate new business
Oversee day to day management of the team
Providing expert advice to clients
Leading the lettings team to deliver excellent customer service and support with achieving targets
Setting KPI's for the team
Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
Requirements:
At least 1 Year experience managing a team
Ample understanding of lettings legislation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Deliver clear and concise instructions
A full UK driving licence
Pool Car
Generous Commission structure
On Target Earnings (OTE)
