Executive Team & Project Coordination Officer to report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Head of Legal & Governance. You’ll be the organisational backbone of the senior leadership team, managing complex diaries, coordinating Board and committee business and supporting the strategic projects that drive our mission forward. Coordinating travel, events and logistics, and supporting high-profile organisational events and projects. Managing the CEO’s diary, meetings and correspondence. Organising and servicing Board, committee and strategy meetings, including preparing papers and taking accurate minutes. Tracking actions to completion and helping monitor progress against strategic objectives. Supporting governance processes, trustee records, inductions and engagement. Drafting correspondence and communications on behalf of senior leaders. The closing date for applications is Sunday 23 October 2026.
