You'll run the operational spine of the studio: project cadence, client comms, invoicing rhythm, and the internal systems that keep everything moving.

Responsibilities
What you'll do.
Coordinate project timelines and rituals across the studio.
Own client‑facing operations: kickoffs, updates, handovers, invoicing.
Improve internal SOPs and tooling for a small, high‑output team.
Partner with the founder on hiring, finance and studio administration.
Requirements
What we're looking for.
3+ years in studio, agency or startup operations roles.
Extremely organised — written and verbal comms are your default.
Comfort with Notion, Linear, Stripe, banking and lightweight finance ops.
Calm under pressure; you spot problems before they accelerate.
