Family Hubs Lead & Partnerships Manager

Herefordshire Council is seeking a Family Hubs Coordinator to lead the development of a countywide Family Hubs network across Herefordshire and oversee the delivery of 5–7 Best Start Family Hubs.

You will manage a dedicated team, build strong partnerships with early years, health services and schools, and ensure families access the right support at the right time. DBS checks are required and there may be travel across Herefordshire.
