Solicitor - Housing Disrepair & Contract Breach (Hybrid 50/50)

Virtual Hire Staffing is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join a Housing Disrepair and Breach of Contract team. The role is a hybrid 50/50 split, full-time and permanent, with a competitive salary and bonus potential.

You'll represent social housing tenants, pursue settlements, and handle post-litigation matters under CPR Part 7 and Part 8, managing your own caseload from issue to conclusion with deadlines and accuracy.
