Salary: Up to £55,000 DOE
Location: Bristol / South Wales / Fully Remote
PQE: NQ
Working Format: Hybrid or fully remote

An excellent opportunity for an NQ Solicitor who wants to build a long-term career in Employment Law.

The key point with this role is that you do not need to have trained exclusively in Employment. Candidates coming from almost any litigation background will be considered where there is a genuine interest in developing within Employment Law.

You Will:

• Work across a broad mix of contentious and advisory Employment matters
• Gain exposure to unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims
• Assist with and manage Employment Tribunal proceedings
• Advise both employers and employees
• Develop settlement negotiation and advocacy experience
• Receive close supervision and structured development from experienced Employment lawyers

The team iswell established and offers a high volume of quality work, making this an excellent environment for someone looking to properly develop their Employment Law expertise.

This would suit an NQ Solicitor with Employment experience, or someone qualifying from another contentious discipline who is serious about moving into Employment Law.
