Pilgrim Foodservice is seeking a proactive Recruitment & Talent Partner to attract great people and deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience. Focused on Drivers, Warehouse Operatives, Butchery and Production colleagues, you’ll run busy campaigns and shape how we find and engage talent.
You’ll own the ATS, coach managers and collaborate with Marketing to create targeted campaigns. A hands-on role with real impact within our People Team.
