Head of Recruitment & Talent Strategy

Specialist Passenger Solutions, a division of First Bus, is seeking a Senior Recruitment Lead to own end-to-end talent attraction and engagement. You will build the employer brand, source great candidates, and ensure a compliant, efficient hiring process across the business.

You will work closely with the People Director and Head of People to shape strategy, manage a high-volume pipeline, and deliver a superior candidate experience while championing diversity and inclusion.
