We're looking for an Estimating Manager to lead and inspire our estimating function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, competitive proposals that support business growth and client satisfaction. What You'll Be Doing

As Estimating Manager, you'll lead a team responsible for delivering timely and accurate quotations across a diverse portfolio of client contracts.

Your focus will be on developing your people, ensuring consistent ways of working, driving performance, and creating a positive, customer-focused culture. You'll work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders to identify opportunities, improve efficiency, and support the continued success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Estimators, supporting both performance and career development.
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and customer-focused team culture.
• Ensure quotations and proposals are delivered accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support reporting, business reviews, and performance analysis.
• Implement and maintain effective processes and controls.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Contribute to the achievement of departmental and wider business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and governance requirements.
• Balance customer expectations with commercial objectives to deliver successful outcomes.
