Sgs-Care-Ltd is recruiting a Deputy Manager for a brand-new 4-bed assessment home for young people aged 8–17 with EBD near Whiteparish, Salisbury. You will lead the care team, ensure high standards of care, and support the delivery of therapeutic programs while meeting regulatory requirements and safeguarding each child.

The post requires Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People’s Workforce and Level 5 Leadership and Management, or willingness to study towards them.
