Highlights:

• 7-surgery practice on the outskirts of the city centre, close to a shopping complex
• Longstanding, experienced team
• Mentor on site for clinical support and development
• Therapist and hygienist support available
• Experienced Clinical Practice Manager with 10+ years in dentistry
• Equipped with iTero scanner for advanced digital dentistry

Your Future with Rodericks Dental Partners:

• Clinical Autonomy - treat patients your way, with support when you need it.
• Expert-Led Training and Mentorship - hands-on/online study days, online check-ins and top tier clinical guidance and mentorship.
• A Career That Grows With You - CPD built in, heavily discounted InvisalignGo course at £95, and continuous learning opportunities.
• Supportive Network - connect with fellow FD+1s and the wider team who truly understand your journey.
• Opportunities Across the UK - With 220+ practices across England and Wales, your next move - whether progression or change - is always within reach.

Hear from a Colleague: “I have spent my FD Year, FD+1 and subsequent Associate years with Rodericks Dental Partners. A combination of the FD+1 Scheme and working within such a supportive environment has allowed me to grow immensely in confidence, build lifelong friendships and provide the upmost patient centred approach to care. Whether it be through a WhatsApp message of reassurance from the Clinical Leads, the copious amounts of CPD offered (albeit free!) or the friendly, accommodating approach adopted by the teams, there is always a helping hand.” – Lili Johnstone, General Dentist

Our Culture and Values:

Exceptional patient care begins with professionals like you. At Rodericks Dental Partners, we believe that when you’re valued, supported, and empowered, it shows in your work, the confidence, and your smile. That’s why we offer true clinical freedom, professional development, and dedicated support to help you thrive. Because here, your smile matters too.
