We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) with A&E experience to join a lovely multi-site centres established Home Visiting Team. Up to full time hours, negotiable salary and a supportive team.
Who are we looking for?
Is an experienced ANP with A&E experience.
Has strong acute assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
Is an independent prescriber.
Is confident managing patients autonomously in a community setting.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Can work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Has a full, clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Is committed to providing safe, compassionate and high-quality patient care.
