Sales Supervisor required to work as part of a team in Fig & Willow Gift Shop.
Main responsibilities include;
Opening & Closing Store - opening till & closing / reconciling till at the end of each day
Management of Sales assistant and temporary staff
Customer Service - Greeting and assisting customers
Processing sales on Epos till and taking payment - requires good attention to detail and accuracy
Replenishment - Collecting replacement stock from stock rooms, pricing stock and re-display - requires good level of fitness as stock rooms are on floors 2 & 3 with stair access only.
Order receipt - checking off stock on receipt - requires good attention and accuracy.
