Weekend Front Desk & Guest Services Pro

Police Federation of England and Wales is seeking two weekend Receptionists to join the Front of House team at Federation House. Shifts are Saturday/Sunday, early 07:15–15:15 and late 14:00–22:00, with part-time hours and a weekend-focused role.

You will deliver a professional reception experience to guests, delegates and staff, manage bookings, handle inquiries, and support guest services and administration while maintaining security and confidentiality.
