Early-Shift Sales Assistant – Customer Experience

SandpiperCI Retail Limited in Jersey is recruiting for a customer-facing retail role at M&S. The contract is permanent, full-time, with an early shift 5.30am–1.30pm and a 5-days-in-7 rota. Salary is negotiable.

You will greet customers, make welcome recommendations and help drive sales while ensuring you have the correct Right to Work permissions as part of a compliant team, delivering friendly service and operational readiness in-store.
