Laundryheap is seeking a Regional Associate in London to join our Partner Operations team. You will support partner facilities with site visits, quality checks, onboarding, and training, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will work with internal teams to resolve issues, drive improvements, and maintain audit documentation. This is a full-time on-site role with rotational weekend work across London.
