Part-Time Development Manager – Retirement Living On-site

Churchill Estates Management are seeking a Development Manager for our retirement development in Reading. You will coordinate development activities, manage on-site operations and provide a first-class service to Owners, as the trusted on-site contact.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll liaise with residents, suppliers and contractors, schedule maintenance, conduct health and safety checks and help arrange activities, events and a welcoming, neighborly atmosphere.
