This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across a diverse commercial surveying profession, the successful candidate will be expected to work within all sectors covered by BA Commercial whilst working towards their professional qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with property valuations, inspections, viewings and market research
Support lease advisory, property/asset management, and agency instructions
Prepare reports and presentations for clients
Work closely with senior surveyors on live projects
About You:
RICS accredited Degree in Real Estate, Property, Surveying, or a related discipline
Organised, strong analytical and communication skills
Commercial awareness and attention to detail
Ambition to work towards RICS Commercial pathway qualification
Valid UK driving license with access to a vehicle with business insurance
