We're looking for two Business Support Officers to join our dynamic team, providing essential administrative and business support across Adult Social Care. You'll play a vital role in ensuring services run smoothly, supporting professionals who work directly with some of the most vulnerable people in our community.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in a busy office or administrative environment
• Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Communicates confidently with people at all levels
• Can manage competing priorities and work under pressure
• Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
• Has strong IT and record-management skills
• Demonstrates professionalism, resilience, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team where your work genuinely matters. Every day you’ll help keep vital services running efficiently, ensuring colleagues can focus on delivering the best outcomes for local people.

We have a hybrid approach to working three days in the office on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s and working from home on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s, although this could be subject to change.
