Job Summary:

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our logistics support team as Part-Time Evening Warehouse Workers . This role is ideal for those who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are looking for consistent part-time evening hours. As a Warehouse Worker, you will assist with inventory handling, picking, packing, shipping, and general warehouse duties to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments accurately.
Pick and pack customer orders as per order instructions.
Prepare packages for dispatch, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
Operate hand tools and basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, barcode scanners).
Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
Support warehouse team with additional tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25-30 kg repeatedly.
Good physical stamina and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of warehouse safety protocols.
Willingness to follow instructions and company procedures.

Experience:

Previous warehouse, logistics, or stocking experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Freshers with a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours:

Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Part-Time: 20–25 hours per week (flexible scheduling available)
Monday to Saturday availability preferred (Sunday optional)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Understanding of basic inventory principles.
Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with warehouse technologies (training provided if required).
Ability to adapt to dynamic work priorities and changing instructions.
Basic communication skills to report issues and updates effectively.
