People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Ludlowon a full-time permanent basis.

This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a Picker Packer , Order Picker or Warehouse Assistant .

Shifts

Monday - Friday: 9:30am - 5:30pm

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Warehouse Operative your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Supporting manufacturing processes within a busy production environment
• Moving materials, loading
• Completing stock checks and basic documentation
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area
• Working closely with colleagues across manufacturing and warehouse teams

Essential Skills

To be successful as a Warehouse Operative you will need:

• Experience within warehousing
• Confident using hand tools and related equipment
• Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player
• Able to follow instructions and work safely

Training Provided

• Full training provided
• Ongoing development support
