You will offered what can only be described as an outstanding remuneration package with a basic salary to £27,000 and an initial salary guarantee of £40,000 for the first 6 months as a minimum. On target earning are £50,000+.

• Let commission 6%.
• Listing commission 6%.
• Lettings department income override of 3% - This will double to 6% if theLettings department income reaches £20,000 in a month.
• Mortgage referral 20%.

An established and well-respected independent Estate Agency is now looking for an experienced and ambitiousLettings Manager to cold start their Lettings division andwhere you will have the full support of the Director.

Responsibilities: In your capacity as Lettings Manager you will be the daily driver of the business and must be comfortable with setting targets and providing leadership, direction and inspiration through your own outstanding ability.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Lettings industry is required at Senior Lettings Negotiator level or above and must include responsibility for take-ons.
